The bookings for cabs in the present scenario or any B2C transaction for that matter is sure to involve a smartphone device with an app that facilitates it. The private cab companies no longer receive bookings manually; they have resorted to bookings via app such that a majority of bookings are made online as these are seen as safe by the consumer and found to be convenient for the companies.
