Nighthawk Extender Setup
Step 1: First of all, you have to make sure that your existing router and the Nighthawk range extender are properly connected.
Note: Not all routers are compatible with Nighthawk AX8 extender.

If you do not find any compatibility between the devices, then you can replace your existing router with Nighthawk. After replacing the router, first, there would be a need to configure it by visiting routerlogin.net setup page and following the on-screen instructions.

Step 2: Connect your router and the Nighthawk extender. Firmly connect them both by using a working and well-maintained Ethernet cable.
Step 3: As soon as a secure connection is made by you between your devices, you can turn on a desktop or laptop.
Step 4: After turning on the device, please check on it whether its software needs an update or not. If needed, update the software of your device first prior to proceeding further.
Your device will restart automatically once the software gets updated on it.
